Arrowhead Professional Chefs Monthly Meeting
Join us for a behind the scenes tour of Duluth's own Lake Superior Brewing Company with their brew-master Dale Kleinschmidt who will guide us through a flight of tasting 5-7 handcrafted beers of our region. We will pair foods with the beers and discover the versatility of matching beer with food.
