Revolution and a Sandwich
This is the story of Claire, an ordinary teenager with an extraordinary rebel spirit who after the passing of her mother finds herself starting a new life with her poverty stricken father in not-so-distant future Philadelphia. Like so many facets of life today, Claire's friends, ideals, and causes have come to exist solely on the vast cyber highways of the internet. This is until the city that birthed revolution as we know it gives her a wake-up call, and Claire finds out that while a change can be sparked sitting in front of a computer, the real work is still done in the streets. Written by Jeremy Gable and scored by Philly's own Sonni Shine, Revolution and a Sandwich explores the difference between evolution and revolution in our world today. Sometimes all you need to get your message across is a little bit of honey... or in this case mayo.
