The Children's International Peace Project is one woman's opportunity to use her education and art making to serve the world. Linda Weech is a visual artist who lives on Hornby and travels the world to communities that have been displaced and marginalized and uses a combination of art therapy, peace garden building, natural medicine distribution and community building to help with healing. Her latest travels have taken her to the African Republic of the Congo to work with pygmy communities who have been displaced from their home in the rainforest due to mining. This fundraiser is to help Linda in her efforts and to build a community of love for the pygmy people.
