Cooking Beef I
People often ask about cooking our beef, so our resident cook David Dadekian is now teaching cooking classes in the farmhouse kitchen at Blackbird Farm. Classes cover preparing several cuts of beef, along with side dishes created from local farmers market ingredients. There's plenty of wine and great conversation with Ann Marie.
David will showcase a roast, a Porterhouse and our ground beef during the class, Cooking Beef I. He's also brining & smoking a brisket for a little pastrami treat to kick off the class. Classes are limited to 12 attendees.
