The distinguished Doctor Quast and his equally distinguished old chum Mr. Skinner are two stately gentlemen who enjoy the finer things in life; particularly gastronomy. For gents of such refined tastes, the preparation, the dressing and cooking, the presentation and the consumption are all; and the fresher the meat, the better! Fortunately for our intrepid duo the neighbours have plenty of children prone to the most bizarre âaccidentsâ - so thereâs never any shortage of sweet-meats where the good Dr. and Mr. Skinner are concerned⦠but keeping a well stocked larder isnât always easy when youâre plagued with visits from the local constabulary and little nephews who stick their hands in the cookie jar. Is it any wonder they should pack up their bags and begin a whirlwind voyage to the far corners of the earth in search of the elusive recipe of eleven herbs and spices that promise the ultimate repast?

Dr. Quast and Mr. Skinner is a live play performed radio style, with voice actors performing all the parts and foley artists performing all the sounds that bring it to life. Written by Spectral Alumni David Quast and Christopher Earl and featuring a cast of ghoulish characters, Dr. Quast & Mr. Skinner promises to be an eveningâs entertainment guaranteed to satisfy the most discriminating appetites for the bizarre and the gruesome. The faint of heart may want to skip dinner before they come to this one!
