Vintimate Wine Dinner w/ Gilbert Cellars
Join BOKA Kitchen + Bar Executive Chef Angie Roberts and Gilbert Cellars for an intimate dinner at Hotel 1000. Our previous events have sold out and we expect this one to be just as popular.
Our Vintimate dinners are a simple format: take four dishes selected by the chef and pair them with four great wines from a Northwest wine maker. Serve in an intimate setting with limited spaces available and add in the chef and winemaker on-hand to discuss their offerings!
This month's event will be held on the Terrace at the adjacent Hotel 1000. The Terrace is a beautiful steel and glass enclosed space on the fourth floor with views of the city.
Price is $75 per person including tax and 18% gratuity.
