Bump -n-Grind Your Butt Off (May)
This high energy Burlesque inspired workout will have you sweating and smiling in equal measure. Dancing drill sergeant Betty Blaize will lead students in a 1 hour workout featuring bumps, grinds, shimmies and a collection of other Burlesque moves that help bring out your inner diva while sweating off those unwanted pounds. Class will include warm-up, cool down and a solid set of exercises to challenge any dancer.
Betty Blaize draws from belly dance, jazz, modern and classical Indian dance, and martial arts to bring a collection of movements that will keep both your mind and your body active.
Class will not include strip tease - please bring clothes you can sweat in and shoes you can dance in. Character shoes recommended, but not required.
