Fresh from the Farm Teacher Training
Fresh from the Farm is an engaging, hands-on curriculum that encourages a culture of healthy eating and environmental awareness among children. We are Farm to School experts and our formally evaluated curriculum reaches more than 100 schools in the Chicago metropolitan area.
Through our three-part workshop series, youâll become certified to teach Fresh from the Farm, plus youâll earn CPDU credits, enjoy a Farm to Table lunch, and network and collaborate with fellow participants.
Price of $150 includes ALL sessions:
May 18, 4-7pm: Fresh from the Farm Curriculum Overview
May 19, 4-8pm: Exploring School Gardens
May 21, 9am-2pm: Connecting to Local Farms
June 4, 9:45am-1pm: Farm Field Experience (optional)
