Final Performance in San Francisco! Penetrating humor abounds in this uplifting one-woman musical "dramedy" about lost love and the San Francisco experience. Author and composer Anne Doherty stars as 'Sunshine' - a free spirit who lives under the city's "Cupid's Span" sculpture - and a spectrum of "typical" San Franciscans, who take a cable car ride together into a life-changing fog. The whimsical book and insightful lyrics offer an intimate glimpse into the hearts and souls of San Franciscans that ultimately turns the City's stereotypes inside out. Comfortably ensconced in the cozy 49-seat Alcove Theater a hidden gem right off Union Square - this amazing show will make you laugh AND cry while seeing our unique city with new eyes.
