Tablao Flamenco - July 10, 2015
Festive shouts of "Olé!" fill the air in the borough of Queens this summer with the return of American Bolero Dance Company's "Tablao Flamenco" to The Chian Federation in Astoria, NY on July 10, 2015. Since 2008, this popular series has been showcasing some of the finest talent from NYC and abroad performing live Flamenco and other styles of Spanish dance and music. Presented in a cabaret-type format and atmosphere, guests can enjoy food and drinks while being entertained by an exciting roster of artists. "Tablao Flamenco" re-creates the experience of being in a flamenco club, or 'tablao', in Spain, for the delight of local audiences.
This month's stellar lineup features dancers GABRIELA GRANADOS, JOSÉ MORENO, CRISTINA DE JOSÉ, singer/dancer AURORA REYES, guitarists BASILIO GEORGES and CRISTIAN PUIG, and the BALLET ESPAÑOL de GABRIELA GRANADOS.
