Arrowhead Professional Chefs Monthly Meeting
Living La Vida Local is the theme of this exciting meeting that focuses on Local Foods.
There is a trend towards restaurants investing in local farms or starting a farm of their own to supplement their operations.
Tom Hanson is trailblazing this trend by hiring a full Farm Manager Francois Medion to unveil the exciting new Urban Farm plan. His goal is to create fresh food for the restaurant and expand farming to the community though aquaculture, fruit trees and other exciting farming initiatives and intends to do large scale farming on a micro plot in the West End of Duluth.
