Join us for a delicious evening at Hodo Soy where Minh Tsai, the founder of Hodo Soy Beanery, will show us how to work with tofu in traditional and non-traditional ways. You will feast on a sumptuous spread of tofu dishes, and learn about different cooking techniques (dress, marinade, poach, fry, etc.) that maximize the textures and flavors of soy milk, tofu, and yuba. You will also get to take home an array of Hodo Soy soy products not available through retail, such as nama yuba, known as the caviar of tofu within the soy industry and only available at top restaurants in the bay areay. You will leave the class--filled with tasty Hodo soy dishes, and armed with Hodo soy products, as well as a fundamental knowledge of soy's unlimitied cooking potential and tasty recipes developed exclusively at Hodo Soy--ready to go home and create your own signature tofu dish.
