Homebrew Demo
Hosted by Mockingbird Events and Blooming Earth Flowers, enjoy an evening of local homebrewing local food and local community. Complimentary homebrew samples will be available along with food created by Mockingbird events. We will be demonstrating how to craft a beer from raw ingredients along with the equipment that is needed to brew and bottle.

Belgian Tripel (high gravity)
English Brown Ale
Standard IPA - (very tasty and I don't like IPAs)
Pilsner
Oatmeal Stout
Cerveza
Food: All food is local, some comes straight from our farm.
Local cheeses and crackers,
cucumber rounds with mint almond chutney,
radish butter
tomato relish platter
