Performed outdoors as part of a leisurely and invigorating hike through Woodside's beautiful redwood forest, this whimsical, romantic fantasy shows its young protagonists following their turbulent hearts into the woods. Overcome by yearning, desire, passion, jealousy, despair and pride, they emerge wiser, calmer and more ready to move into adulthood with the help of woodland fairies. One of Shakespeare's most funloving, rollicking and playful plays!

Note: Please come dressed for a hike with hiking/walking shoes and wear layers of clothing as the weather forecast can be unpredictable in Woodside. Our shows are indeed part of a hike! Please be aware that hiking is required at our site. The pace of the hike is leisurely, and there are many switchbacks on our trails to allow for easy hiking up and down the site. Upon arrival to the site, you will be asked to sign a waiver so as to assure everyone that you are responsible for yourself. Minors can have adults accompanying them sign their waivers for them. No one is allowed into the performance and property without signing a waiver. Children ages 6 and up are encouraged to attend our show on Saturdays. We love babies and pet dogs, but we cannot accomodate babes in arms or dogs brought to our shows. Our site is very intimate, and there is no "outside space" so we ask that our actors and audience are not disturbed during the performance. Thank you for your understanding. There is no need to bring your own seating for your picnic or for the performance. Please note that our seating is in the form of benches so there is no back support.
