Pasture Palooza Music & Arts Festival is an annual weekend festival and camp out held in beautiful Berryville, Virginia. What started as a outrageous party has turned into Virginia's premier grassroots festival. Come out for a weekend of live music, camping, eating, and good times. The main focus of our efforts is to make sure each and every visitor has a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Come out for a weekend and we promise you'll have the time of your life! This year's event is being held from Thursday, July 30 Sunday, August 2.

FOOTWERK
Footwerk. A Washington, D.C.-based 6-piece Pop outfit can only be described as an intense, high-energy performance, a 'blind date' for first timers or a 'booty call' to an experienced audience member. Vocally led by 'friendzone' power couple on the frontline, the back line is made up by a group of diverse musicians from different backgrounds.
Crafting their sound by 'Sleeping Around' with Rock rhythms under soulful Rap and R&B vocals over dance beats with a splash of percussion. Footwerk's unique style of 'No Strings Attached' fan interaction made their 'One Night Stands' popular in the saturated DMV scene.
Unbelievably, a chance craigslist meeting led to the formation of the independent group. Due to their immediate success they've decided to release their debut album, aptly titled 'Casual Encounters' and go out on a national tour of 'One Night Stands' in 2015. Here's your chance to see for yourself, if there's chemistry in person and have your own 'Casual Encounter' with Footwerk. (No Strings Attached)
THE RECKLESS ISLAND
The Reckless Island is a reggae/rock band out of Richmond, VA. Though new to the RVA scene, the Reckless Island band members have almost 10 years experience playing together. Brothers Riley and Alex Kerns (lead vocals and guitars) along side percussionist and vocalist, Willy Matthews, were in the regionally popular, Golden Butter Band from '06-'12.
Initially assembled to back up Riley and his solo material, music was coming in from brother, Alex and bass player, Nick Trbovich; making it about much more than just one person. Enter: The Reckless Island.
On October 31st, the Reckless Island released their debut EP 'Breathe In' completely independently- from recording to artwork to duplication. The EP consists of 8 tracks written by both Kerns brothers and bass player, Nick 'Turbo'. They strived for a very modern and high quality reggae production garnished with the sonic textures as heard on Beach Boys and Phil Spector albums.
With an updated and upgraded line up, look for the Reckless Island playing in Richmond and surrounding areas in the upcoming year as they work from the ground up to become a legitimate force to be reckoned with in the reggae/rock world.
