The Great Seattle Vegan Chili Cook-Off
This event is SOLD OUT! But don't fret, there will be more vegan cook-offs in the future. Look for a BBQ contest, bake off, and raw food competition - all leading up to a Vegan Iron Chef in Seattle.
Come out for a great evening packed with amazing chili dishes made with love by people all around the greater Seattle area. DJ Pelvis will set the party mood with 60's mod, psych, garage, yé-yé, proto-punk, freakbeat, funk, fuzz, and Farfisa. Spicy and sweet corn breads are part of the deal too! Additional concessions available as well. Raw and gluten-free tastings in effect.
This event is co-sponsored by Seattle Vegan Score, Northwest Animal Rights Network (NARN), Earth Residents United, Action for Animals (AFA), the Seattle Animal Defense League (ADL), and Green Vegans. 100% of profits from this event will be used to put on Seattle's first Vegan Iron Chef competition scheduled for late 2012.
