Event

Andy Wightman on Land Reform
Andy Wightman is the pre-eminent authority on Land ownership and Land reform in Scotland.

One of the major themes for the 2016 Scottish Parliament Election will be ownership and taxation of Land in Scotland which will feed into the work of the Local Tax Commission (http://localtaxcommission.scot/) as it seeks alternatives to the Council Tax.

As part of a plan to educate ourselves and the people of East Renfrewshire in this area, The Scottish Greens have teamed up with Common Weal East Renfrewshire and Women For Independence East Renfrewshire to bring this talk into the heart of our community.
