APPLE OF MY EYE
Written and performed by a person with Down syndrome and featuring a cast of ten actors, APPLE OF MY EYE tells the story of a young woman in search of love and social acceptance. The play connects text, vocal techniques, multimedia and physical theatre to advance a non-judgmental view of others. Produced by Nettles Artists Collective (NYC), the play shows that genius and originality are not exclusive to certain groups.
LA NIÑA DE MIS OJOS
Escrita y representada por una persona con el síndrome de Down y un elenco de diez actores, LA NIÑA DE MIS OJOS, relata la historia de una joven en busca del amor y la aceptación social. La obra enlaza texto, técnicas vocales, recursos multimedia y teatro físico para avanzar una visión no crítica de los demás. Producida por Nettles Artists Collective de Nueva York, la obra muestra que la genialidad y la originalidad no se dan exclusivamente entre ciertos grupos.
MENINA DOS MEUS OLHOS
Escrito e realizado por uma pessoa com síndrome de Down e um elenco de dez atores, MENNINA DOS MEUS OLHOS, conta a história de um jovem em busca de amor e aceitação social.
