Andy Eninger Workshop - It's All About You.

The Climate Theater
San Francisco, CA

It’s all about YOU: Solo Workout Tips & Tricks
Learn to present a killer monologue, to deepen your
character work, and to trust yourself on stage.

You will explore techniques to support and expand your
improv work by distinguishing and then tapping into
your own style of playfulness – and your own improv
voice.  By working without a partner or ensemble, you
will gain valuable insight into your strengths and
weaknesses that you can apply to group work, solo
work, or even in developing written material.

Andy Eninger is a Chicago-based playwright, actor and director.  His solo improv show “Sybil” has been seen across the country, and most recently in Amsterdam and London, and was featured in the book “Shortcuts to Longform Improvisation.”

He has performed for the Second City in Chicago and at sea, and has taught thousands of corporate clients to communicate through workshops with Second City Communications.  Andy has taught improv and sketch courses for the Second City Training Center for 6 years, and is a founding member of GayCo Productions, which began life as a GLBT outreach at the training center 10 years ago.

He is a contributing author and lyricist for “Barenaked Lads in the Great Outdoors” for the Bailiwick Theater, and a founding member of Chicago Comedy Company.  He is the After-Dark Award winning composer for “Bandgeeks: A Halftime Musical,” which he also directed.

Andy is also the co-creator of “Then, Again” with VH1’s Adrianne Frost, and performed at the 2006 Chicago Improv Festival and in a short London run.
