High River Gift of Music: Ian Parker, piano
Expect to be enthralled by the arresting young Canadian pianist Ian Parker. Raised in a family of pianists, Mr. Parker started his musical studies at the age of three and obtained his degrees from the Julliard School. In addition to his many worldwide orchestral performances, Mr. Parker is an enthusiastic recitalist, musical collaborator (Vogler Quartet), and active recording artist. He approaches music with thoughtful intention, lyricism, precision, and passion a captivating combination!
