The Portland Blind Cafe
Come Dine In The Pitch Dark With Your Friends!

The Portland Blind Cafe, a mind bending/heart opening experience where the audience will dine,  and enjoy a concert by Rosh & One Eye Glass Broken in the pitch dark!  All the waitstaff will be blind.

You will participate in a Q & A with your blind waitstaff. There will be a delicious meal prepared to delight your senses.

Your heart and mind will be opened as you embrace the poetry of Rick Hammond, celebrate and explore spacial awareness & darkness with Gerry Leary, and indulge in unencumbered music listening without the distraction of visual conditioning, social etiquette & your cell phones.

With the love and laughter of those at your table you will share a meal family-style, building friendship and community on a night you will never forget or SEE!

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to a local organization that improves the lives of the blind community in Portland.

$45 General Admission
$35 Students

Sliding Scale Available for those who need it. Simply write an e-mail to: saying you need a discounted ticket and we'll hook you up. Only if you need it though, thanks.
