De-Stress and Healing through Diet and Yoga
How amazing does it feel when we can escape the stress of our everyday!? But, how hard is that for us busy New Yorkers to do? This is where you will want to be to learn how your physical, mental, environmental, and emotionally stresses are impacting your mind, body, and overall health.
Christy Maskeroni, MS RDN CPT is an expert in the field of health and fitness. As a registered dietitian, yoga instructor, & personal trainer she spends her days helping individuals and groups find balance in their daily lives.

After touring the farm, Christy will lead you through a beautiful outdoor vinyasa flow class that will assist in bringing balance through meditation, strength & restoration of the mind and body. Following the class will be a discussion on the effects of stress on our bodies and how we can manage them. Food will be a big part of the conversation and an even bigger part of your enjoyment. We will be providing you with a few recipes to try from our local produce that will assist in balancing your everyday city stresses.
Additionally, students will learn more about herbal blends that will assist in balancing the body and will receive a wonderful jar to take with them.
**Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and a light jacket in case there's a cool evening breeze***
Tickets are non-refundable due to high demand. Event will be held rain or shine as our space is tented.
