The Phantoms of Soul is a group specializing in music from New Orleans to Seattle. The leader is Jack Cook, who has played in the Seattle area for over 30 years.Jack was inducted into the Washington Blues Society Hall of Fame in 2006, and won best acoustic player in 2007. The Phantoms of Soul won the best traditional group award in 2007.
