Blue Bottle Coffee- Ethiopian Kemgin Coffee & Dessert Event
Please join us at our Oakland Roastery for an event celebrating Good Food Month's Coffee Week. The event will feature three different preparations of our Good Food Award-winning Ethiopian Kemgin plus food pairings by Blue Bottle Coffee's pastry chef, Caitlin Williams Freeman. Representatives from Blue Bottle Coffee will be on hand to discuss the Kemgin project and answer any and all questions about coffee and dessert
The ticket price includes 1/4 lb of Kemgin coffee beans.
Two seatings
2:00 pm and 3:30pm
One- Chemex preparation of Kemgin paired with
Warm frankinsense gingerbread with whipped salted butter
Two- Nel Drip of Kemgin paired with
Basket of beignets with rum caramel dipping sauce
Three- Slow, cold iced drip of Kemgin, Evian ice paired with
Salted candied pecans
