Slow Food San Diego- Argentinean Feast

Salerno Winery
Ramona, CA

Join us for an Argentinean feast at Salerno Winery!

Savor the flavor of Argentina in a rustic setting outside a historic adobe ranch house. This small family owned boutique winery is one of the newest in the Ramona area. Owner Herman Salerno lived in Argentina and was chef at his own restaurant there; he's also a former San Diego restaurateur. Herman will grill a variety of artisan meats using traditional seasonings to create a genuine Argentinean barbeque. Salad will feature locally grown produce.

Salerno is fast becoming the Old World wine experience locals seek on weekends.  Herman Salerno uses traditional hand-crafted methods to produce premium, award winning wines.  In 2005 the winery earned an international medal upon its first release.  Since then, Salerno wines have won more than 20 awards putting Ramona on the map.
