Two years ago, after Bellingham's own Gabe the Bulldog was crowned the winner at the 2008 Worldwide Fido Awards, Gabe was offered the lead role in the new family comedy, The Dogfather, starring alongside actor Chris Parnell. Director Richard Boddington calls him "The Humphrey Bogart of Dogs", and his lovable mug is one you won't easily forget! Besides his talent on the stage and screen, Gabe is a versatile show dog, competing in obedience, agility, and tracking events, as well as making his mark in the breed ring. Come meet Gabe and his breeder/owner/trainer Cheryl Knapp at this exclusive Pickford Film Center screening of The Dogfather!
