The Second Annual Shifty Sailors' Whidbey Island Shanty Fest
The Second Annual Shanty Fest on Whidbey Island featuring shantiers from the Pacific Northwest with concerts on Friday, January 21 at 7 pm and Saturday, January 22 at 7 pm. There will also be workshop/song sessions during the afternoon of Saturday, January 22. Performer(s) are the Shifty Sailors; Pint and Dale; the Halyards; J. W. Sparrow; Broadside and the Handsome Cabin Boys, and the Rural Characters. This will be a fundraiser for Whidbey Island's three medical support groups- Friends of Friends; Small Miracles, and Medical Safety Net of North Whidbey. You can buy a $30 ticket to get into all the events of the Shanty Fest, or a single $20 ticket to get into either Friday or Saturday's concert. Tickets for the Saturday afternoon workshop/song sessions may be purchased at the door.
