Welcome to Taste Old Town Walking Tours!

There is no better way to know a city than to visit the heart of its history and eat its cuisine. Walk along the brick-lined streets of Old Town and go behind the scenes of some of Wichita's best restaurants to learn directly from the owners and chefs what goes into the dishes you sample. Learn how Old Town has gone from a wild west railroad and cow town to a bustling town center of more than 100 restaurants, theaters, shops, and galleries among its converted 100 year-old brick warehouses. Join us for a fun, educational, and delicious tour of Old Town like you've never experienced!

As long-time residents of Wichita and self-proclaimed culinary connoisseurs, it is our mission at Taste Old Town Walking Tours to give delicious and educational tours of the locally-owned restaurants and historical buildings of Old Town Wichita by interweaving an interesting presentation with excellent food. We will meet with businesses owners and chefs, and sample dishes from 8-10 diverse restaurants per three-hour tour. Our goal is to showcase the unique history and culinary treats Old Town has to offer visitors and locals alike. Our vision is to have a seasonal business that will boost culinary and historic knowledge, and pride in our unique town for our locals while showcasing our city's best to visitors.
