Proof, a Pulitzer Prize winning drama by David Auburn, tells the story of Catherine, the daughter of Robert, a recently deceased mathematical genius and professor at the University of Chicago. It follows her attempt to prove the authorship of a groundbreaking mathmatical proof discovered in her father's office after his death, and her struggle to forge her own identity in the shadow of her father's.
Note: Tickets for Rebel Alliance Theatre performances are offered on a sliding scale. Purchase of a ticket at the $15.00 General Price will help Rebel Alliance Theatre's all volunteer staff continue to promote live theatre and theatre education in their community. The 8.00 ticket price provides an alternative for those who wish to participate in the live theatre experience but for whom the $15.00 ticket price may prove challenging. There is no difference in the quality of the seats or in the quality of the performance you will experience.
