SUN CITY COMEDY'S TRAVELING COMEDY CLUB GOING TO COMMONWEALTH AT UNION PLAZA!
El Paso, TX, January 2010 — Sun City Comedy, the fastest growing company in the southwest, will be featuring Sun City Comedy's Traveling Comedy Club January 20, 2011 9:30pm at Commonwealth 115 Durango Street, located in the Union Plaza Entertainment District in downtown El Paso, Texas. This stand-up comedy show will feature comedians Alex Portillo, The Wolf!, and Headliner Shawn "S3' Scarborugh. The show is hosted by Manny Vigil. Tickets to this event are $5 available online at www.brownpapertickets.com or at the door on the day of the event. Free tickets to this and other comedy events will be given out thru Facebook and www.suncitycomedy.com admittance is 18 + w/ID only.
Headliner for this event is national touring comedian Shawn "S3" Scarbrough, a native from Chicago Il. S3 been featured in Americas Funniest People and has worked with comedians like Tim Allen, Jeff Foxworthy, and John Witherspoon among others. He is also a regular performer at comedy clubs nationwide.
"After 2 years of bringing small comedy shows to venues around El Paso we have decided to take the next logical step in entertainment and expand our vision. After a year of trend studies, trial and error, and a lot of hard work from everyone, the Sun City Comedy Traveling Club is finally here. This traveling comedy club not only bring some of the best up and coming comedians from everywhere in the country, it will also feature specialty shows like comedy open mics, midnight blue shows, improv night!, comedy magic shows, alternative comedy, and all kinds of entertaining contests, and it will do all this at venues close to everyone" Jose Saad, marketing director for Sun City Comedy, commented.
