Come and watch San Diego's culinary talent battle in the first @DiningOutSD Ping-Pong Invitational at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station. Tournament participants include Chef Amy Dibiase (Tidal), Chef Brian Redzikowski (Kettner Exchange), Chef Jon Sloan (Juniper & Ivy), Chef/Owner Karen Blair (Small Bar), Sous Chef Tony Guan (The Cork & Craft), Nicole Coffee (Morton's Steakhouse), Greg Hess (Mike Hess Brewing) Justin Frank (S & M Sausage & Meat). Representing Stone Brewing Co. will be founder Greg Koch along with famed beer ambassador "Dr." Bill Sysak. Entry includes six food stations with beer pairings by "Dr." Bill Sysak.
Ironside Fish & Oyster Kettner Exchange Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens SAIKO Sushi Sirena Gourmet Latin Seafood URBN St. Brewing (representing BASIC Pizza) The event will also feature a silent auction. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Liver Foundation, Center for Community Solutions, and the San Diego Council on Literacy.
