Ballardvale Neighborhood Program
Please join us for a special Andover Neighborhood Program at the Andover Historical Society
"All history may be local," but Andover's history is a unique mix of local stories with national importance.
Take the neighborhood, Ballardvale, for example.
If you live in Ballardvale, Andover ... it's your neighborhood we're talking about! Did you know that one of Andover's historic districts is focused on Ballardvale? Or what types of woolen flannels were woven at the mills there? What kind of pottery was made in Ballardvale and is now highly collectible? And just where were the lithia springs that claimed great healing powers? Join us to learn more at our next neighborhood program.
All Andover Neighborhood Programs are open to the public free of charge but reservations are requested. If you would prefer to reserve a seat by phone, please call the office at 978.475.2236.
