Apres le Noel
The Sacramento Children's Chorus is having their concert Apres le Noel on Sunday, February 6, 2011 starting at 7:30 p.m. This concert will feature their high school age choir, Cappella with selected singers from the Cantoris choir. The concert is held at St. John's Lutheran Church located on 1701 L Street and is sponsored by Wells Fargo.
Sacramento Children's Chorus (SCC) is a nonprofit music education organization based in Sacramento, California, providing music education and vocal training for youth in five performance-based choirs. Now in its 18th year, the organization performs locally, nationally and internationally âÂ" most recently, in July 2010 they represented Sacramento as good will ambassadors of music at the Pacific Rim Children's Chorus Festival in Hawaii.
From civic performances such as the governor's inauguration, to River Cats games and the Sacramento Jazz Festival, SCC is known for bringing excellence in choral music to audiences throughout the region.
