ICCVE Winter Pruning Workshop (Southern MO - AR)
Winter pruning is a critical task in proper vineyard management. Join us to learn to more about this important cultural practice and how it impacts yield, disease incidence, fruit composition and wine quality.
We will meet at Granny's Kitchen, 215 N. Parrott Drive, Huntsville, AR at 11:30am for a networking lunch.
At 1:30pm, we will reassemble in Lynn Gay's Farm.
Please dress for the weather and bring your pruners and safety glasses.
Direction to Lynn Gay's Farm: From Springdale-Highway 412 East to Hindsville. Approximately 15 miles from Springdale. When you get to Hindsville, turn left onto County Rd. 8500, located next to the Valley Inn Cafe. Follow it to County Rd. 8401, turn right onto 8401. Drive past the rock house, turn left onto the drive way next to the vineyard. Go over the pond bank to the barn.
