6:30 PM   $39/person - 3-Course Dinner
10:00 PM   $59/person - 4-Course Dinner, Champagne Toast, Party Favors, Live Jazz, Official Ball Drop on Big Screen

***First Course (Choice of One)***
- Oysters Bienville - roasted with bacon, shrimp, sherried Mornay, buttered breadcrumbs

- Citrus Caesar Salad - hearts of romaine, aged parmesan, lemon-thyme dressing, truffled croissant croutons

- Black Gumbo - lump crab, brandy-poached oysters and braised duck

***Second Course (Choice of One)***
- Creamy Hoppin' John with asparagus and oven-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs and a balsamic drizzle (vegetarian)

- Braised Veal Cheeks with pecorino and wild mushroom stone ground grits, butter-braised fennel and Calvados jus

- Pan-Roasted Scallops with celery root puree, fennel and parsley cream

- Apple Beignets with cinnamon ice cream

- Bourbon & Raisin Bread Pudding with pecan-bourbon ice cream
