A Colored Funeral
Karamu House Cleveland, OH
A Colored Funeral was a hit at last year's Fusion Festival. This is a hysterical, poignant, deliciously irreverent look at death in the African American community and the creative ways Blacks cope with this universal phenomenon. The play's contemporary message about the fate of African American community in the age of violence, disease and racism is "a wake-up call," that will make you laugh and think at the same time.
