Ursula Awards Film Festival
VCAT is presenting it's 4th Annual Awards Film Festival highlighting the accomplishments of young film makers and independent film makers as well. The community of Vallejo comes together at this time to honor the film making the community.
This is a celebration showcasing the locally judged winners selected from a nationwide pool of applicants. VCAT is honored to salute these independently produced television shows, films, documentaries and Multimedia productions.
It has been said by many it is an celebration worth the time to attend.
