Acclaimed vocalist Aoife O'Donovan has been turning heads all through the music scene for the past 9 years. Called "Americana's newest darling" by USA today, Aoife is a founding member of newgrass sensations "Crooked Still," with whom she tours the world for most of the year. She is also a member of the folk-noir trio, "Sometymes Why." 2009 has seen Aoife on stages from Glasgow to San Juan Island to Copenhagen, with stops across Europe, Canada, and the USA in between. Though she doesn't often play shows featuring solely her own material, her quirky original songs have garnered praise worldwide. Tonight the Lizard Lounge is proud to present Aoife and acclaimed New York based high energy singer songwriter Christina Courtin.

Note: In the event that this show appears sold out on line please note that we will hold limited space at the door for walk ups. Additional space will be available when doors open at 8:30 with the purchase of a wristband. Wristbands are $12 for tonight's show and available only one per individual with a valid ID. You must be 21+ to purchase a wristband. The wristband guarantees entrance to that person just as a ticket would.
