Noises Off
One of the funniest plays ever written, Noises Off takes you behind the scenes of a less-than-excellent British theatre company as it mounts a mediocre farce called Nothing On.
Each act of the show presents Act One of the play-within-a-play, first at the dress rehearsal before opening, next at a Wednesday matinee performance one month later, and finally at the end of the run. Without giving away all the surprises, let's just say that things don't go very well.
This hilarious farce is directed by Virginia Musante, who staged last year's delightful production of The Drowsy Chaperone.
