The Indianapolis Vegetarian Society and the host of the new webseries, The Vegan Roadie, are teaming up to present a 3-hour cooking class at Indy's Kitchen, for $45.

Dustin Harder will be the evening's Chef instructor. He is a graduate of New York City's The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, the premier health-supportive culinary school in the country.
Follow along with your cutting board and knives, as Harder showcases dishes from restaurants he has visited during his travels.

Chef Dustin Harder is the creator and host of the new webseries The Vegan Roadie. The Vegan Roadie is currently crisscrossing the country to discover Americas most divine plant-based eats. Dustin is visiting restaurants, shops and local markets in major cities including Boston, Denver, Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas, to name a few. While visiting with shop owners, chefs, and farmers, Dustin is creating a meat-free road map for the vegan and vegan-curious which is available on www.veganroadie.com.
Dustin has been living la vida vegan since 2009 and is a graduate of New York City's The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts (the premier health-supportive culinary school in the country). He is a recipe tester in the kitchen of "Cupcake Wars" winner and cookbook author Chloe Coscarelli. Dustin is a road warrior by trade having already visited every state in the U.S. He believes that plants not only make the world a more beautiful place, but a tastier one as well!
