Wild Foods Dinner
Each month, Wild Gourmet Foods, a Vermont based company, set up a stand in New Amsterdam Market at South Street Seaport. Nova Kim and Les Hook gather different wild foods on properties in Vermont, finding rare, gourmet qualities herbs, greens, berries, mushrooms and more.
We will be serving a family style dinner featuring their products on December 19th. The menu will depend on what they gather that week, but you can expect ingredients like wild mushrooms, venison, leeks, roots, jerusalem artichokes, and more. This four course family style dinner includes a selection of wine and craft beer.
