Come to LUXi, the lean user experience intensive two day workshop to explore how you can enrich your lean product development design methods. Janice Fraser and Tim McCoy facilitate conversation and activities focused to give you insight to design's role within product management, approaches for sharing, engaging, and validating design, and improving your abilities to create great products.
The workshop topics include developing design strategies, co-creating personas and scenarios, and team-wide communication and collaboration techniques.
