However, if you have lost your ID, or are near the age and your parent is willing to escort you to the door with a consent form you may download such form here: www.seattlepartykids.com in the Downloads section (You must be a member, but it's free) Please make sure you fill out ALL the blank lines and have your parents deliver this document to me or my security personally. If you parents can not make the show to deliver, I am willing to make arrangements to have them bring to me in a pre-scheduled appointment. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENTRY!!
