Join us for an intimate sit-down gathering with Barbara Fairchild, Editor-in-Chief of Bon Appétit Magazine and Bon Appétit Desserts: The Cookbook of All Things Sweet and Wonderful. Limited to 20 guests per seating, expect in-depth discussion of the desserts, anecdotes on Barbara's pioneering career at Bon Appétit, and time to have your book signed. $75 Ticket price includes a copy of Bon Appétit Desserts and a half pound of coffee to bring home with you ($35 per ticket without book).
Blue Bottle Pastry Chef, Caitlin Williams Freeman, will be baking her favorite treats from this comprehensive new book (over 700 pages!) and pairing two special coffees with the pastries.

Cookie plate: Pfeffernusse, Brown Butter Pecan Shortbread and Caramel Cookies
Coffee: Sidamo Teramisa
Dessert: Pear Clafouti
Finishing with a Chocolate Cake with Fleur de Sel-Caramel Filling, made with the Daterra Organic Reserve.
