DIY Holidays: INFUSIONS & LIQUEURS
Why buy sugary and preservative-laden vodkas or rums and artificially flavored spirits and liqueurs laden with corn syrup and preservatives, when you can make your own with delicious, seasonal, and natural ingredients? Come learn how with Sean Timberlake of Hedonia and Punk Domestics. In this two-hour hands-on class you will learn all about basic infusions and liqueurs, and make and taste pomegranate and quince liqueurs, homemade gin, grenadine, pompelmocello (huh? come and find out), and spiced rum. Wowzers! Bring a 250ml (8 oz) jar and you will go home with all the recipes and one pretty bottle of tasty alcohol. Good jars here, but a regular small mason jar will be just fine. Bonus: these make beautiful boozy homemade gifts.
