Hot n' Sexy Twerkshop with Iridessa
Fusing the sensuality of burlesque and the art of twerk. This a super cardio booty class, combined with sexy dance moves. Class will begin and end with moving and stretching exercises. We will cover in detail technical sequences on how to pop n' lock, shake, shimmy and gyrate your derriere. We will also learn a short combination that you can use at your own leisure. Get ready to get your sexy on and have a rump shakin' good time! All levels welcome & wear comfy clothes and bring knee pads!
