Butcher Paper Dinner: Delaney Barbecue presents ROOFTOP RIBFEST!
RIBFEST! Rack 'em up, line the tables, it's Brooklyn Grange's final Butcher Paper Dinner of 2015 and we've got a barbecue legend on our hands!  This is becoming a tradition, and we like it. A lot.

We're all about veggies on our farm, but when someone talks about BBQ so good you could call it "meat candy," we're hooked.  Dan Delaney of Delaney Barbecue (and BrisketTown!) has come as close to perfecting the art of the smoker as any man can.  His preoccupation with BBQ has served us all well as, over the years, he's traveled through the homelands of this southern cuisine and brought back to New York City (literally) the smokers and techniques of Texas barbecue.

He does barbecue right and we're jazzed to load our table with racks of ribs and southern sides, sip local brews and fine NY State wines, and soak up one final afternoon of family style feasting.

Forget the forks, clear your afternoon, and come fill your bellies and souls with good food and good company. Send off the 2015 season of Butcher Paper Dinners with us at RIBFEST!

ABOUT BUTCHER PAPER DINNERS:
This series of fun, inventive dinner parties to be held spring through fall at Brooklyn Grange's flagship rooftop will center around the farm's massive, reclaimed white oak communal table down the length of which organizers will roll butcher paper.  A rotating lineup of the city's most innovative chefs will bring their unique culinary stylings to play with the farm's fresh, seasonal produce, serving family-style meals directly atop the paper-lined table.  This style of hands-on dining allows guests to really engage with their food, and their neighboring diners around them. Participating chefs will hail from all over the New York City area but will draw their inspiration from the eclectic diversity and bold flavors of Queens' signature culinary culture.

ABOUT ROCKAWAY BREWING CO:
Rockaway Brewing Company owners Ethan and Marcus started as homebrewers in Far Rockaway and now brew their beer out of Long Island City, NY. The brewery specializes in handcrafted malt-forward ales which are all brewed onsite in what is the first beer brewery to open in Queens since Prohibition.

Under the dynamic, forward-looking ownership of Scott Osborn, Fox Run is poised to become one of the handful of truly great producers in the Finger Lakes.Working closely with winemaker Peter Bell and vineyard manager John Kaiser, Osborn has introduced a program of minimal intervention winemaking.
