McDonald Mansion Tour II - The Return
We have arranged for a return trip to the Santa Rosa McDonald Mansion private tour by the Builders who are have been diligently working on the $14 million renovation.
The owners are anticipated to move in on December 1, 2010, but AIARE Members have been invited to return to the project to see the finished remodel before the owner returns.
Date: Thursday, October 28, 2010
Tour Times: 1:00 p.m.; 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Program has again been approved for 1.5 AIA CES Credits!

1. Participants will be able to resolve the issue of meeting new codes regulations while maintaining historical regulated requirements and private owner's requests.
2. Participants will be able to identify the relationship between refurbishing, recycling and replacement of elements of an existing structure.
3. Participants will be able to appraise and state the viability of commercial building components used within a residential structure.
4 Participants will be able to discover and resolve potential insurance issues involved in renovating a historical home.
