He is responsible for producing 4 Course Vegan, a series of gourmet vegan dinners served in his Williamsburg, Brooklyn loft, that have earned acclaim from the veg and omnivorous communities alike. Chef Matteo supports the local and sustainable farmers of the NYC Green Market at Union Square.
