Tom Ham's Lighthouse is hosting our second beer pairing dinner of 2015. Executive Chef Lance Repp has collaborated with URBN St. Brewing Co. to bring five mind blowing courses to the table.
Pairings Include:
XPA (Breakfast)
Honey ricotta blinis, poached quail egg
Autumn Amber (Brunch)
Citrus and herb biscuit, lump crab, amber béarnaise
Saison (Lunch)
Garlic sausage with roasted chilies and polenta
Hypocrite (Dinner)
Plum, serrano chili and date stuffed pork loin, Oro Blanco gastrique
Mazagran (Dessert)
Opera cake with Ethiopian blue coffee and house made toasted marshmallow
